Minimum Requirements…

• Namibian Citizenship;
• Grade 12 with a minimum with 25 points;
• A tertiary qualification will be advantageous;
• Approximately 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry;
• Approximately 1 – 2 years customer service experience;
• Must be multi-skilled in both Individual Life and Group Schemes systems and products;
• Experience in the local vernacular will be an added benefit;
• Ability to listen and integrate information;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Well organized and attention to detail;
• Excellent Client-Care skills;
• Computer literate – Ms Word, Excel and Outlook is essential;
• Ability to work under pressure whilst still maintaining a professional image;
• Self-starter; and
• Good planning, organising and time-management skills.
