Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for the building, implementation and support of company business system (SAP) functional programs and reports directly to the SAP Analyst.

Key Performance Area:

• • Software development using modern, object orientated programming language such as C++, CH or Java and JavaScript.
• SAP ABAB and SAP Basis support.
• Basic support of Microsoft server and workstation operating systems.
• In- depth understanding and development using the following development technologies: PHP, XML XSLT. XSD. HTTP and Web Services.
• Support and development on SharePoint 2013.
• Developing diagrams and models based on UML and BPMN.
• Developing using Microsoft development tools such as Visual Studio and Visual Studio. NET.
• Designing and implementing high performance database solutions which includes Microsoft SQL and Oracle.
• Manage system testing and validation procedures.
• User training and feedback.
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems.
• Support and create sound working relationships with co-workers / team members to resolve problems.
• Actively participate and contribute towards effective working relationships.
• Maintain safety standards (loss control), environmental, good housekeeping and hygiene standards in all areas of responsibility by conducting regular checks and taking corrective action where necessary and/or reporting incidents to the SHE Officer.
• Report all damages on company property, breakdowns and vehicle accidents.
• Execute all legal instructions of supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

• Software Engineering Diploma (major subjects: Software Development and System Analysis).
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science will be an added advantage.
• One- year (1) experience Software Development and Systems Analysis.
