Position	Debtors Clerk. Patterson Grade B3
Department	Finance, HR A AdminhJratlon
Salary Scale	NS 88 795 92 456 per annum
Transport Allowance	NS 7 704 00 per annum
Housing Allowance	NS 1Z 759.00 per annum
Medical Aid	85% Council Contribution
Pension	21 7% Council Contribution
Annual Bonus	13th cheque
Purpose of the Job	To create now accounts for customers capture water readings in the system, prepare customer invoices and perform monthly customers account billing

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Capture manual water readings on the system
Prepare customer Invoices
Croat© now customers accounts
Process updates on customer account such as contact details and outstanding debts/paymarks
Verity customer accounts tor issuing clearance certificate
Prepare daily reports and system back-up
Verify daily cash-up
Prepare water cutting list and hands over same to start responsible for water disconnection
