Position : Unit Manager (Table Grapes)Our client, an established export table grape group, has a challenging career opportunity for a young dynamic, energetic individual with drive and a love of farming to join their successful team. This position is located in the Kakamas region (Northern Cape, South Africa) and reports to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and further expansion a of 60ha Production Unit
- Management of production quality
- Irrigation
- Fertilizing and spraying of unit
- Staff management

Required profile for job ad : Unit Manager (Table Grapes)Requirements:
- Grade 12 with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in table grape production
- An agricultural background and qualification will serve as a further recommendation
- Thorough knowledge and experience in all aspects of irrigation, fertilizing and spraying of table grapes
- Basic technical and mechanical knowledge
- Good interpersonal relationships and communication skills
- Ability to maintain discipline
- Ability to work together in a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate
