PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To manage the Quality. Laundry and Cleaning departments effectively and productively.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure efficient Product Management and Development.
• Ensure effective Quality Assurance Product & Processes.
• Ensure effective Quality Systems for food safety.
• Ensure all Processes and SOP’S (Standard Operational Procedures) are adhered to.
• Ensure efferent & effective Laundry ♦ Oeaning Operations.
• Proficient Customer Care. (Customer Comptants + Visitor Tours)
• Implement and maintain full FSSC 22000 & ISO compliant Export Status Quality Management System
• Technical training on HACCP A/ACCP /TACCP.
• Identify Food Safety process plant and equipment advances
• Identify Training Needs and Coordinate Training Systems.
• General HR functions. (Reonjtment. Appointment. Discipine and Performance Management)
• Effective control over Budget. (Comptafion ♦ Control of expenses)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Grade 12 (NQF 4) with tne minimum requirements.
• National Optoma (NQF 6) n BTech Food Technology and / or BSC Food Sciences.
• Five (5) years’ relevant experience in the Poultry Industry.
• Five (5) – Ten (10) years’ relevant managerial experience.
• Fully computer iterate (MS Office Suites with advanced Excd)
• Namiban citizen or eligtole to obtain a V\tork Permit and / or Permanent Residence.
• Highly proficient In written and spoken Engish with demonstrable business communication sWks. (Being tukngual will be an added advantage)
• Valid Code BE diver’s icense with own reliable transport
