Management of the Branch.

Job Description:

• The Financial Management of the Business Unit.
• Stock management within the Company Strategic Objective.
• Personnel Management including Mentoring of staff.
• General Management to ensure Company Policy and Procedures are applied.
• Provide excellent Customer Service including dealing with queries and complaints.
• The ability to be Creative in striving to continuously exceed Goals and Targets.
• Ensure Business unit comply with all relevant Legislation. J

Knowledge and Skills:

• years’ experience in CCTV surveillance monitoring

Technical experience in CCTV networking would be an advantage.

No criminal or ITC record.

No qualification required.

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12 or Equivalent. A Tertiary Qualification will be to your advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the Management of a Retail Branch.
• Proven record of accomplishment in the Positive Management of a Retail Business will be compulsory.
• Ability to manage medium to large teams.
• To continuously add value to the retail industry through reaching the Organizations’ Strategic and Operational goals.
• Willing to work long and after hours as and when required based on Operational Requirements.
• Intermediate to Advanced level of MS Office.
• Namibian Citizen.
