mentioned position al Namib Mills (Pty) Ltd Windhoek.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To be trained to qualify as a competent Miller (Maize & Wheat).

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completely master all the milling processes in order to be able to run an efficient operation.
• Completely master all aspects of process/quolity control for both maize meal and wheat flour.
• Completely master all aspects of raw materials used In milling.
• Implemenl/maintain effective labour relations.
• Acquire the ability to Implemenl/maintain proper pest control and housekeeping.
• Ensure accurate reporting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant Certificate (NQF 5)

OR

• Grade 12 (NQF 4) with 2 years relevant working experience in a technical environment OTHER
• Computer literate with a good mastering of Word. Excel and Outlook
• Be able to work shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime
• Willingness to study in order to master prescribed modules
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Namibian Citizenship
