Scale of Salary : N$147,485 – N$176,895
Transport allowance : N$7,680 p.a
Housing allowance : N$10,464 p.a
Minimum Requirements: A National Diploma (NQF Level 6) Business Administration or
Procurement, Accounting and Finance or Logistic and Supply Chain Management plus 1
year experience in processing of payment on IFMS and Record Keeping OR A Grade 12
Certificate (NQF Level 3) with 20 points and E-symbol in English plus three (3) years’
experience in processing of payment on IFMS and Record Keeping. Applicants in the Public
Service should attach their confirmation of probation letter as Administrative Officer Grade
12.
Main Duties
 Responsible to the Senior Accountant for Creditors.
 Head of Provisioning and Supervise junior staff members
 Verify if payments are certified correct by the authorized official and ensure that all
supporting documents are attached before processing on the system by junior staff
members
 Approve payments on the Financial Integrated System (IFMS)
 Serve as a liaison between Section Provisioning, Auxiliary Services and PMU on
procurement related matters
 Responsible for the Preparation and compilation of Provisioning Annual Plan and
Quarterly Review
 Ensure that staff members’ performance agreements and reviews are completed and
assessed every end of the quarter.
 Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
