PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (SUMMARY)
To answer the incoming telephone calls and to greet and assist visitors. Be friendly, positive, well-spoken, well-ordered, and presentable always.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1-3 years’ experience as receptionist / frontline contact person
- Grade 12
- Excellent computer skills
- Friendly, courteous, well spoken & presentable
KEY SKILLS
- Switchboard
- Receive visitors and clients
- General Administrative Duties
- ADHOC Tasks assigned by MANCO
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
- Greet, assist and/or directs visitors and the public.
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
- Telephone bills to be extracted every month.
- General administrative duties when required.
