PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (SUMMARY)

Working within an experienced team, you will take full responsibility for several important key accounts administration. This role is essential to the success of the business and as such, will enable you to interact and gain experience from a number of senior stakeholders in the business, from managing service level agreements to successfully controlling and coordinating key accounts you will also organize manpower planning, reports for senior management and proactively liaise with customers to advise and resolve queries. Work to assist the Logistics with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. Organise projects & tenders with the goal of getting them completed timeously and accurately.

KEY SKILLS:

You have a vital role in the Client Service department, you are responsible for supervising staff, assigning tasks, and reporting to superiors, as well as solving customer inquiries and problems and improving strategies and procedures. You are required to have extensive experience in the field of customer service. The skillset required: communication, problem solving, telephone etiquette, enthusiasm, and multitasking. You will need excellent administrative skills underpinned with a natural ability to manage stakeholders across all levels of experience.
