VACANCY – IT FIELD TECHNICIAN
– Based in Swakopmund, serving all our clients at the coast and Erongo Region
Minimum Job Requirements :
– Valid unendorsed Driver’s License
– Own vehicle
-Minimum A+ / N+ Qualification
-Minimum 3 years Experience in Corporate IT environment
Job Requirement :
– SLA Contracts Maintenance
-Installation of Surveillance Cameras (Hikvision experience an advantage)
– Wireless Installations (Ubiquiti Qualifications an advantage)
– On-Site administration
– Must be flexible to travel and willing to relocate at short notice if the job demands it.
– Must be flexible to work odd hours if and when the job demands it.
– Ensure all callouts & system checks are performed meticulously and efficiently with all supporting logs completed and ready for submission at the end of each day to the office manager for reporting and invoicing purposes.
The Incumbent must be / have :
– skills to identify faults and problems and solving them without delays
– open minded and remain on top of the ever evolving IT environment, quick thinking, faster adaption and be able to work independently without supervision.
– punctual and on time at all times
– mature individual with good interpersonal communication skills to interact with the company’s clientele in a polite & courteous manner at all times.
– of sober habits free of drug and alcohol addiction.
