	Purpose of the Job Responsible for the planning, development and daily operational management of land delivery related activities
	KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Plan, develop and manage the process of infrastructure delivery to un-serviced land. Manage contracts and projects related to land delivery. Implement PPPs and joint ventures within the land delivery framework. Implement land delivery related plans, guidelines, policies and strategies
	QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor of Science Degree: Engineering/B-Eng/B-Tech. REQUIRED SPECIALISATION: Civil or Structural Engineering. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Three (3) years post graduation experience. LEGAL REQUIREMENT: Code B/BE and registration with the Engineering Council of Namibia as an Incorporated or Professional Engineer. PRE-APPOINTMENT TRAINING AS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE: Contract Management and Project Management. KNOWLEDGE: Contract Law, Computer Software such as AutoCAD, RoadMate, Surmate & GIS, MS Excel & MS Project and Project Management conflict management.
