Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and check pharmaceutical stock against order, invoice or delivery note details and waybill.
• Capture stock received onto Trifour and print relevant barcode stickers.
• Calculate fractional prices and pack sizes.
• Unpack stock onto the pharmaceutical storeroom’s shelves on the same day as delivered.
• Maintain pharmaceutical storeroom’s shelving and bin numbers and barcodes.
• Deal with discrepancies, credits, incorrect and damaged stock items.
• Participate in monthly stock control management initiatives and stock taking.in storeroom and hospital.
• Maintain a neat and organized pharmaceutical storeroom.
• Any general or ad hoc duties as delegated by supervisor, including relieve Dispatch Clerk-.and Picker duties.

Minimum Requirements

• Namibian Citizenship.
• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4).
• Working experience within similar position.
• Working experience should ideally include working on TriFour / Unisolv, billing and controlling of stock.
• Fully Computer literate (Email, Windows, Excel).
• High degree of interpersonal-, communication-, organising and planning skills.
