Opportunity | Duty Description
Receiving, binning and safeguarding of all procured items
Identify discrepancies and resolve them accordingly and as per procedure
Check packing requirements of all goods from suppliers to confirm and communicate with the logistics section
Maintains a high level of awareness of the potential for stock losses at various points in the work processes under his/her control
Ensure daily and periodically spot counts are conducted efficiently
Verifies and inspect stock codes assigned to all receipts
Match invoices with delivery notes and purchase orders
Rectify discrepancies or source missing documents
Liaise with Logistics coordinator to return faulty or damaged goods and over supplies
Ensure efficient receipt and accurate capturing of receipts
Ensure and maintain a healthy environment, safe operations, and practices
Ensure binning are correctly done and that all stock items are in their correct bin location
Assist with adhoc duties, relevant profession, as requested by Supervisor or HOD
Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)
Grade 12 Certificate
NQF Level 5 Certificate in Material Management or other Supply Chain Management qualification
5 years in Warehouse environment, at least 2 years in Supervisory position
Advanced Administration Skills
Valid Driver’s License
Computer Literate (Windows, Internet, Syspro, Microsoft D365)
Proficiency in English or Afrikaans
Fitness for Duty Certificate will be required.
