QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Higher education. Proven experience in a manage­rial position. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Experience in the recycling or mining sector. Experience working with government organizations. Excellent organization and leadership skills and abili­ty to motivate a team. Driving license. Being well-connected would be an advantage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage daily operations of the warehouse and over­see all business operations of the company. Communicate and maintain relationships , with existing and new potential clients. Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, oversee­ing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement. Develop new business relati­onships. Maintain awareness of legislation and best practice. Represent company to government officials.
