A Quality Control Chemist Vacancy (Full Time)

Job Summary:

Responsible for methodology development, record keeping and sample retention for raw materials intermediates and finished products. Ensure drug safety and quality of all products produced in the plant. Ensure  specifications are defined and communicated, perform inspections o processes employee training, compliance with applicable laws and regulations as set out by the NMRC and maintain plant and laboratory in line with regulatory compliance. Direct corrective actions programs and assist in problem solving for internal and external quality concerns.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• B Sc. Hons, degree in Chemistry.
• 3-5 years’ previous supervisor experience.
•  5-7 years’ Quality Lab experience
•  Knowledge of WHO GMP, and ISO procedures and requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
