We are looking for talented and experienced Restaurant Managers to join our team.
Brief Key Responsibilities:
Plan, budget, and forecast revenue and monthly expenses.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the restaurant.
Conduct daily briefing of the staff.
Manage staff shifts and timesheets.
Manage restaurant stock level (ordering, receiving, stock control and stock takes)
Implement an effective system of recording guest history, preferences, and other guest-related data.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing department.
Maintain constant guest contact, build relationships.
Handling team conflicts
Requirements & Competencies:
– Must have at least 4 years of working experience in the Hospitality Industry.
– Further qualification in the restaurant/hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
– A passion for food, wine, and service.
– Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills.
– Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
– Ability to work well under pressure.
– Ability to present innovative ideas to restaurant owners.
– Customer service skills
