Training, Development and Employee Wellness
OVERALL AIM OF THE JOB:
Develop, conduct, organize and present training and development programs for employees, including pertaining to employee wellness, focusing on building capacity and competence that will enable and deliver the company s HR strategy. Administer on-boarding, talent development and succession planning programs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE – Condensed
- NQF Level 7 qualification in Human Resources. Industrial Psychology or related field
- Three years’ management experience in Human Resources Development
- Thorough knowledge of Training and Development management, strategies and implementation
- General understanding of private sector business
- Ability to link people development to real business needs
- Current socio-economic and related matters pertaining to people development.
