VACANCY
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR: WALVIS BAY
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Reporting directly to the owner, incumbent will be responsible to provide a secretarial/general office service to the life Assurance Department
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum qualification Grade 12
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (German advantage)
- Code BE Driver’s license
- MS Office
- Experience working with clients
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Carry out administrative duties
- Maintain detailed records, keep appointments diaries and sort mail or parcels for transit
- Plan logical sequence of events or tasks, process application forms
- Work closely with clients
- Experience in life Assurance
Remuneration will be according to qualifications and experience.
