Position : MANAGER GRADE D3

Minimum Requirements
Honours Degree (or equivalent qualification at NQF Level 8), In the field of Human Resources Management eight (8) years appropriate experience in the field of human resources and corporate affairs, of which thread; years should have been served at a Senior I Supervisory level The candidate should have a valid Code B Driving
License
Strategic HR input and advice Develop HR policies and procedures, Departmental budget. Human resources planning Staffing. Industrial relations. Remuneration and benefits, Performance management and organizational development. Oversee Council support services and Meeting s administration, Records management. Community services Public relations and corporate communications, Auxiliary and cleaning services,
Salary scale (Grade D3) : N$ 324,259.29 – N$ 337,359.93 p.a.
Transport Allowance :N$ 89,316.00 p.a.
Housing subsidy: 40% of basic salary
Housing allowance: 20% of basic salary
