PST HEAD OFFICE – WINDHOEK
CALL CENTRE SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Ensure that the Call Centre team is appropriately staffed for the volume of calls and emails.
. Provide timely and actionable feedback to management on all call center related activities
. Deliver an attentive and comprehensive service to our customers based on Sports Betting product, account problems and first line support.
Ensure that all queries are immediately attended to and that customers are informed continuously about the process and progress made
. Produce weekly and monthly reporting to senior management
. Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times
CALL CENTRE SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS:
. At least 3 years experience in call centers, preferably in a technical call center environment
. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach and the ability to show initiative at all times
. Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
. Strong communication, written, oral, and interpersonal skills
. Able to react effectively and calmly in stressful situations
. Comfortable with fast paced work environment
. Knowledge of sports betting industries will be an added advantage
