Weighbridge & Diesel Attendant

Position summary

• Ensure that weighing is done correctly as per procedures
• Ensure that all documentation is present during the weighing process
• Ensure all procedures are followed
• Print the truck details as per the scale’s internal memory
• Timeously submit an accurate summary of all trucks weighed
• Update and maintain filing of reports
• Filling customers’ truck(s) with diesel to the requested level
• Receiving cash and providing change or preparing bank diesel charge slips
• Carry out adhoc tasks as given by the superiors

Mandatory qualification

• Grade 12 Certificate (a minimum of 25 points is preferred) would be an added advantage
• Computer Literate
• Proficient in English and Afrikaans (other languages will be advantageous)
• Available to work overtime
