GENERAL MANAGER – NATIONAL UNITED SECURITY SERVICES

Responsibilities:                                                                      •

• Oversee and manage the entire business unit.
• Direct and co-ordinate the business unit activities concerned with the purchasing of products, pricing, sales and or distribution of products.
• Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand.
• Direct and co-ordinate business units financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and business unit performance.
• Prepare monthly reports for management meetings and ExCo.
• Oversee activities directly related to marketing products or providing services.
• Implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures to ensure you achieve budget.
• Assist in driving sales for the business unit – plan and direct sale activities such as sales promotions, coordinating with other department heads as required.
• Managing of unit staff and determine staffing requirements, interview and recommend individuals for employment.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• 5-8 years General Management Experience
• Experience in Integrated Fire Systems and Servicing of Portable Fire & Safety Products is essential
• Qualification in Business Administration and/or Finance
• Excellent people and coordination skills
