TECHNICAL MANAGER

Rutcha Investments cc is looking for a competent Technical Manager to join us by 1 September 2021.

The candidate must have the following

• An Engineering degree or equivalent technical degree
• Must have minimum

of 10 years experience in Construction.

• Must have knowledge and experience of Government of Namibia projects
• Must have extensive knowledge and skill in project coordination
• Must know how to use AutoCAD and Microsoft Projects software
• Must be eligible to register with ECN
• Must possess a clean driver’s license
• Namibian citizens are encouraged to apply

The successful manager will perform the following duties

• Formulate project proposals
• Planning and budgeting of new projects
• Project implementation
• Budget tracking
• Project evaluation
• Come up with plans and Engineering drawings for projects
• Be the overall technical leader of the company
