Position. Administration Assistant x2
Job Description:
- Professionally handling the reception, receiving clients and answenng telephone calls
- Tracking clients’ issues and complaints until they are resolved
- Records keeping and Management
- Book Keeping and Accounts Records Keeping
- Office administration and Resource Management
- Developing of company brochures and leaflets
- Managing the organisation social media platforms
- Learners Enrolments and Affairs
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of three (3) years’ of provable work experience
- Holder of a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Accounting or any other qualification related in the same field
- Career dnven. mature, strong self-confidence and eager to learn and develop
