FIXED TERM EMPLOYMENT (X2)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The incumbent w* be responsible to plan, organise, manage, direct, coordinate and implement respective Project packages mcludmg all aspect of Project Management at Refinery Conversion Project in Skorpion Zinc (Namfoia)

Minimum Requirements

• Qualified Engineer (any discipine)
• Min 10/12 years of relevant project experience (preferably Smeller & Refinery)
• Proven working experience m project management rote & execution through EPC/Construction partners
• Should possess excelent interpersonal skill and be a team player
• Solid organizational skis including attention to project detai and multitasking skis
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Narrfibian PoSce Clearance

Key Functional Skills

• Experience in large Capex projects from early development / concept stages, tender preparation & bid adjudication, review of delated engmeering design, managrig project execution, plannmg & expending with business partners, assistance in commssioning & project handover to operation team for relevant package
• Good project understanding of Civil, Mechanical. E&l. etc. of various Project components coupled with strong problem solving & decision-making attitude
• Understanding of SANSfretevant design code framework in Namibia
• Ensure strict quality control & assurance aspect for all mechanical equipment
• Experience of working & managing large budgets in a project from concept to commissioning and han dng over
• Experience of project planning & expediting along with EPC/Constnxiion partner
• Track record of working on site and executing (he project withri the tmellnes
• Cost control & Claim management. Experience of completing the projects within costs
• Planrmg project resources. Coordmate internal resources and business partners for the flawless execution of projects

• Monitor project tasks and schedule and ensure compliance to plan
• Track project performance, analyze key risks and highlight in advance
• Responsible for management and handing over of all related drawings/ documents Ind. commissioning protocols
• Quantity certification & quality checks
• Ensure project completion within lime & budget
