Appointment requirements: An National Diploma majoring in Human Resources on NQF Level 6.
Supplementary requirements: Preferences will be given to applicants in possession of a Bachelor in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification at NQF Level 7 plus Eight (8) years appropriate experience in the field of Human Resource Management of which (4 years must be at the level of Senior Human Resource Practitioner.
