Minimum requirements:

• Tertiary education Business / Project management or related field
• 15 plus years experience in contract law and contract administration (FIDICand NEC)
• Arbitration, mediation, negotiations, international law and dispute resolution
• Knowledge of on- track machines

and high performance equipment

Skills

• Numeracy skills & Strong analytical skills.
• IT skills and knowledge of relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German and Russian
  • Ability to conduct site inspections, undertake case depositions and draft legal document
