SALES ADMINISTRATOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Support >h0 “’os and servicing ol Barloworld Equipment machines Ihiouah effective administration JKey Accountabilities
. Capture equipment information on SAP accurately . Order all requested customer equipment accessories . Effective self-management and performance ownership
. Liaise with the Head Office to expedite new equipment delivery dates Maintain individual dashboards for all sales staff Compile monthly deliveries with salesman
. Liaise with central sales admin team and coordinate transport ol quotes for local extras
. Keep detailed filing on all the machine deals, including quotes checklists, warranty documents interact with principal and BEUK
Qualification and experience . National Diploma in Sales and Marketing
. Minimum Grade 12 qualification
. Computer literate – Microsoft. SAP. Excel
. Experience in sales administration environment
Knowledge of CAT product line including accessories and work tools Sound business and financial acumen
Team player
Maintain updated filing and customer database
Knowledge of sales logix
Valid driver’s license
