The Position:
The position is critical to the operation of the warehouse Windhoek Parts department being the main parts distributor we are required to adhere to the Company’s SLA by providing effective service to our internal customers efficiently.
Key Accountabilities:
. Processing of orders and quotations
- Interpreting Customer Parts requirements
- Pro-actively follow up and resolve all parts related queries including airfreight orders
- Implement and manage procedures beneficial to the business unit
- Control the receiving and delivery of parts orders
Qualification and experience:
- Grade 12
- Computer literate (MS Office. SAP and SIS essential), with particular emphases on Microsoft Excel at advance level
- Excellent communication, problem solving and administrative skills
- Technical and product knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of the Parts business which includes the SAP system for parts
- Valid driver’s license
