Carry out regular audits Io ensure compliance with Menzies quality standards Responsible for day-to-day operational performance, safety, security, and customer satisfaction of the product through effective support and management of delivery areas.

Ensure safety and secunty procedures are according to standards set within the Menzies Health & Safety Policy Manual, and according to international aviation standards.

Monitor performance of key customer service indicators, identify gaps, plan, and resource effectively to fill them, including contingency planning.

Improve delivery of Menzies Aviation products and services through developing a motivated and skilled team.

Work with airport suppliers & handlers to ensure presenbed levels of service at agreed standards are delivered

Providing reports as and when required.

■ Comply with and attain necessary training requirements required by customer airlines.
