To be based at Oshikango, to head and perform budgeting and other daily operational roles in a hands-on capacity, to head our financial objectives and healthy operations. The candidate must be between 30 to 45 years of age, with a minimum relevant experience of 15 years or more in tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company’s financial SWOT and proposing corrective actions. The candidate must have worked with known corporate houses in emerging markets and must have a proven track record to influence operational decision­making and strategy, lead technical accounting, MIS, achieve Financial Leadership, control critical financial parameters, fund raising, SAP implementation in Business Operations, drive Controls in systems and processes, formulate and implement corporate Strategy & Finance controls. The candidate must possess a Bachelor s Degree in Accounting and should be a member of a recognized professional accounting body. The candidate must have a high level of business and financial acumen.
