MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate in Marketing, Office Administration or equivalent preferred
• 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing
• Computer literacy, knowledge of Optimax will be added advantage
• Should be at least 25 years of age
• Honest and trustworthy
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
• Knowledge of sales principles
• Ability to speak effectively with customers
• Relevant product knowledge and training
• Experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment
• Basic business administration knowledge.
