REGIONAL CONTROLLER

Key Requirements

• 3 Years’ experience in a managerial position within Lewis Stores or similar managerial expenence in furniture trade

x Minimum of 5 years’ expenence m all areas of the Branch/Region (Debtors, Stock

& Sales)

• A sound knowledge of the Namibia Labour Legislation and practical expenence with regard to instituting and executing discipline.
• A sound knowledge of the National Credit Act
• Must have a valid Matnc certificate
• Must have a valid drivers’ licence
• Must be transferable.

Position is based in Windhoek

Key Outputs

‘p Achieve Regional sales objectives

• Plan and balance stock in all branches within agreed budgets
• Achieve highest standards of shop displays and general housekeeping in all branches
• Achieve regional accounts objectives by controlling the debtors’ book and by creating sound Credit
• Prevent stock losses
• Administer all security measures and controls in all branches
• Control expenses in all branches throughout the Region
• Ensure customer service gets the highest priority and customer complaints are sorted out immediately
• Ensure that staff training, and staff control gets priority in all branches
• Perform regular branch inspections
• Ensure that vehicles are controlled and managed properly
• Ensure that all branches are fully staffed and that good communication systems are in place throughout the region

This position will require traveling and if needed to sleep out from time to time.
