POSITION: FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, wrfh 5 years experience as Fnanciai Accountant or Accountant Experience in the fishing Industry will be an added advantage
• Articles completed with a registered trainrig office is a distinct advantage
• Excelent computer skills with workng knowledge of ACCPAC and Microsoft Office
• Code B dnvng license

KEY JOB OUTPUTS

• Timely and accurate preparation of monthly management reporting
• Review payrol journals and reconcle payroll control accounts
• Review credrtors transactons
• Revxrw property, plant and equipment related transactions
• Revew consumable nventory movements and reconcile sub ledgers to the general ledger
• Rcvcw consumable inventory for obsolescence
• Process and coordinate insurance claims
• Process and prepare month end accruals and general ledger reconciliations
• Management of reportng deadlines.
• Prepare year audit file and with annual external audts
