We are looking for on Administrative Officer to join our team in support ot our daily office procedures. A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing queries.

Key Performance Areas

• Prepare regular reports on expenses and budgets;
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders;
• Prepare budget and job costing analysis on a regular basis;
• Maintain and update company databases:
• Ensure of effective filing system for important and confidential company documents;
• Update HR policies as needed;
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments;
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails and packages);
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, os assigned;
• Ensuring of smooth administrative activities on a daily and long­term basis

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor of Business Administration or similar
• Minimum of 5 years proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
• Solid knowledge of office procedures
• Excellent knowledge of office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• skills with a problem-solving attitude
