General Administrator/HR Support
(HOSEA KUTAKO AIRPORT)
A unique opportunity has arisen for an exceptional General Administrator/ HR Support to join the Menzies Aviation team at our ground handling operation at Hosea Kutako International Airport.
The successful incumbent will ensure that the day to day work activities of the Operations Support department are managed and that staff are administered in the execution of their duties.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Carrying out HR & Training/ Administrative support to and exercising initiative on behalf of the Station Manager.
- Recruitment, Screening Appointments, Preparation for HR, and Training audits.
Distribution of employee monthly clock sheets and payslips.
Investigate and respond to all requests/ queries for operational information from internal/ external business units required for expeditious settlement of complaints, refunds, and claims.
Ensure and coordinate that enough stationery, office materials and equipment are provided timeously and by doing so, also following all purchasing procedures.
Maintaining a strict and confidential filing system, doing regular audits, as well and acting in a confidential manner and ensure training records prepared for internal and external audits.
Ensure training files kept in good order and secured in locked.
Petty cash handling for WDH station, assist various departments that carry Petty Cash that monthly recons are done timeously and distribution of their cheques
Meeting deadlines – RSMS and Time and Attendance.
Clearing leave on time and attendance and obtaining and ensuring all staff documents are in order.
Diary management for boardroom and organising refreshments as required. Adhere to all Menzies policies and procedures, including but not limited to all Health and Safety, Security and Human Resources policies and procedures. Undertake other reasonable duties, as and when deemed necessary by your manager.
Matric and HR/Administrative Diploma.
- Proficiency with MS Office Products.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Good communication, time management and organizational skills.
