ROLE PURPOSE: To Lead and manage a high-performance Wealth Management Team, while Identifying, establishing and retaining wealth management relationships with high net worth clients, manages and directs the development of the Wealth Management business to gain market share within the wealth management business, increase profitability and enhance the organization’s reputation and image

QUALIFICATIONS G EXPERIENCE:

• Degree or 3-year Diploma with relevant business management experience
• Post graduate qualification «n Financial Planning (CFP) Tax or investment management will be a distinct advantage
• At least 7-10 experience with a sound understanding of tax. investments and risk solutions
• Knowledge in financial markets, compliance regulations incl. KYC. AML FACTCA etc
• Ability to implement strategic imperatives
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing teams
