The Church Alliance for Orphans (CAFO) offers the following Volunteer Opportunity

Teacher Facilitator for School Teachers and ECO Caregivers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

CAFO a seeking a qualified teacher to volunteer at the Bernhard Nordkamp Centre (BNC) Monday to Friday. 12 noon to 6 p/m to give teacher training and skills development m Maths and English instruction. The volunteer is also requested to travel to Omaheke, Oshikoto and Oshana Regions to give weekend trainings to ECO Caregivers on making educational games from recycled materials and teaching through song and play.

COMPETENCIES I SKILLS:

• Minimum Grade 12
• Teaching Diploma or Certificate
• English literacy and fluency
• University Diploma in English or

Maths

• Experience in training ECD Educat­es and Pnmary School Teachers in Participatory Learning and Child Centered Instrcution
