Store Supervisor

Qualifications & Experience

–              Grade 12 or equivalent with Mathematics

–              Supply Chain Management National Diploma / Degree

–              Exposure to JD Edwards or similar [preferred]

–              MS Office Proficient [Word and Excel intermediate]

–              Valid B Driver’s License

–              Good English communication skills [Written and verbal]

–              Ability to lead and supervise a team

–              At least 4 years of experience in a similar position Experience supervising a team of Store Clerks, Administrators and Stores Pickers

–              Working experience on an ERP system

–              Experience generating and analysing reports

–              Working knowledge of inbound and outbound principles

–              Working knowledge of supply chain and material stacking & packing

policies and procedures

Main Responsibilities, but not limited to:-

–              Lead and supervise a team of store administrators / clerks and pickers

–              Monitor and control the receipt and issuance of spares for underground and surface equipment

–              Monitor and control the daily processing of outbound sales transactions and Inbound receiving transactions

–              Verify quantity and quality of goods, oversee inventory levels and prepare stock reconciliation reports

–              Generate accurate reports analyse reports and action discrepancies

–              Administer the ERP system and manage open order reports

–              Self and team understand and comply with M&RC’s standards, policies, procedures and safety protocols

–              Effective self and team management and alignment with M&RC’s values and leadership initiatives
