N/a’an ku se requires the services of an experienced and mature candidate with a deep understanding of Conservation as well as exceptional management skills.

Requirements:

• 10 Years’ and more experience in managerial position of responsibility
• Min of 5 yrs. of farm management experience
• Min of Syrs aviation background
• Experience in complying with NCAA regulations
• Extensive knowledge of small aircraft operations and maintenance
• Experience in keeping aerodrome manual updated as required
• Experience in aerodrome safeguarding
• Exceptional business acumen {planning, budgeting, costing, logistics)
• Proven staff motivation and management experience
• Proven experience in infrastructure development
• Proven experience in vehicle and implement maintenance
• Fluency in English
• Fully computer literate {Ms Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint)
• A valid driver’s license {Cl and CIE) with no endorsements
• Clear criminal record

Qualifications:

• Recognised Agriculture related tertiary qualification.
• Recognised qualification to oversee light aircraft movements
