• Lodge Maintenance Manager

 

Requirements

 

• Must be a Namibian Citizen/ Permanent resident or in possession of a valid work permit.
• Must be bilingual in English & Afrikaans.
• Strong communication skills.
• Service Orientated.
• A valid Code B Driver’s License and preferably holding a PDP license.
• Must be prepared to work weekends & public holidays, work flexible hours, which include night shifts and no leave during peak periods, including but not limited to Christmas and Easter.
• Must have good interpersonal skills, leadership qualities and be a team player.
• Ability to work effectively unsupervised, work long hours, flexible hours and thrive under pressure.
• Be a critical thinker and have excellent problem-solving skills.
• Performance orientated.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have solid and traceable references.
• Be prepared to work in a remote bush environment.
• Must have the relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in the field pertaining to the position applied for.
