Position: Internal Auditor

Department : Office of the Chief Executive Officer

Purpose of the Position

Reporting to the Senior Internal Auditor, the incumbent will be responsible to ident if y bus ines s improvement opportunities, and risk exposure of the

bank by planning and execut ing auditing programs across all divisions in order to minimise risk exposure.

Key Performance Areas

• Internal audit programme portions/sections
• Specific systems, Investigative and adhoc audits
• Bank process, procedures, improvements, recommendations
• Internal audit service levels and efficiencies
• Internal audi t advice, reports, information and recommendations
• Internal audit administrative services

Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience Requirements

• Honours Degree in Accounting or Commerce with an additional qualification in Internal Auditing i.e. Certified Internal Auditor will be an added advantage.
• 3 years working experience in Internal auditing or Business analysis of which 2 years should be in more independent roles
• Influential advice, financial and analytical thinking, big picture capability, understanding of legislation.
