CoHeNa invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following vacancy.

1. Programme Manager for Omaheke and Hardap regions (one position)

Programme Manager (PM) is a senior management position responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all CoHeNa programmes activities at regional level as well as ensuring achievement of set targets in close liaison with the Executive Director. The PM inter alia builds capacity for CoHeNa staff and facilitates performance appraisals. The PM also ensures improved quality of services and patient satisfaction

Requirements

• Namibian with Degree in Nursing
• Degree in Community Development; Bachelor of Science in Public Health
• Knowledge and experience on community based TB/HIV prevention and care
• Experience in working with NGOs
• Vast experience in planning, implementation, monitoring Et evaluation of community programmes
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Computer literate
• Ability to work independently, and remain focused on organisational outcomes
• Valid drivers license an advantage.

Remuneration:

Salary package in line with Global Fund budget. Contract: 3 years (2021 to 2023) Deadline for application: 11 December 2020 and interviews in the next two weeks
