ROLE PROFILE
Manage and execute the AB InBev company’s long and short-term sustainable revenue growth strategies, through excellent market execution and customer service in line with ABInBev structure, policies and culture in-country.
ACCOUNTABILITIES Key accountabilities for this role include but are not restricted to:
- Development and implementation of the company’s business plan to meet and exceed targets
- Provide leadership, coaching and capability development programs to enable the sales regions to deliver business plans and meet growth objectives in line with ABI strategy
- Formulate and execute operating expenses and capital investment budgets
- Develop and implement the Route to Market strategy and work across the regions to develop and execute channel and promotional execution strategies
- Build strong customer relationships and team capabilities to manage and develop national and regional account customers
- Develop and execute short and long-term Revenue Growth Management strategies
- Build superior knowledge and understanding of the market including shoppers, consumers, customers, categories and competitors
- Build strong relationships with local key stakeholders including but not limited to the government, media and surrounding medium to large businesses

QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum requirement: Relevant 3-year Business Degree
- Six Sigma certification advantageous
Experience:
- Extensive FMCG experience, ABInBev Product & Industry knowledge
- Analytical skills, business acumen, excellent negotiation skills, good presentation skills
- Extensive Management experience at Senior Levels
- Corporate Governance in line with ABI policies
- Experience with ABInBev systems such as Syspro, IBIS, advantageous
- Experience with ABInBev management systems such as VPO, DPO advantageous
- Six Sigma certification advantageous
- Effective team and diversity management
