OPERATOR TELESALES

To deliver a sales driven customer orientated service to customers telephonically and by means of receiving orders, identifying further customer needs, processing of orders quickly and accurately by following up to facilitate an effective and efficient delivery of a customer driven service.

Receive customer orders from customers via telephone, fax, e-mail.

Take and record orders on order sheets from customers on all HL products.

Pro-actively call customers with outstanding orders.

Perform order processing on the system.

Capture orders accurately and timeously on the system.

Complete daily call planners with reference order numbers.

Compile weekly telesales evaluation reports and submit to Superior.

Pro-actively inform Sales Representatives on outstanding orders and about new customers.

Provide excellent internal and external customer service.

Act responsibly during external relationships to uplift the image of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

1-4 years’ Certificate in Sales/Marketing

3-5 years’ relevant working experience

Knowledge of MS Office and Customer care

Added Advantages | Special Requirement(s)

Experience in FMCG will be an added advantage
