2. Key Performance Areas of the Role:

• Responsible for achieving sales volumes and distribution
• Ensures that all records are continually updated and maintains individual contact with key customers, brokers and management
• Responsible for the overall operation and profitability of the portfolio as well as the achievement of pre-set sales targets
• Provides accurate sales information to the line manager
• Developing strategies to achieve budgets
• Provide brokers monthly with stats
• Quality management
• Performance management of sales agents
• Upskill Product knowledge on a regular basis
• Provide product training to brokers on a regular basis

• Matric (25 points or more)
• Relevant Degree or Diploma will serve as a significant advantage
• At least 3-5 years related sales experience
• 2 Years’ experience in the short-term insurance industry
