ASSOCIATE PRINCIPLE | EOS Capital 542 views

Eos Capital is an unlisted fund manager that makes and manages unlisted private equity investments on behalf of its investors. We are looking for an Associate Principal to work as a Senior member of our Team to manage assets in accordance with our Value Addition Framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive commercial due diligences and investment thesis development together with the Investment team.
• Partner with portfolio companies and their boards to develop/change their strategies and direction.
• Deliver high standards of governance and compliance in portfolio companies.
• Working together with the portfolio companies to ensure they delver. This could include, depending on the investment:

– Implementing performance monitoring and management systems;

– Driving specific projects in the portfolio company e.g. salesforce effectiveness; – Supporting in the recruitment of top talent;

– Driving business transformation programmes and transformative projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Masters degree focusing on Business or Finance
• Top of class results throughout academic career, especialy on quantitative subjects
• At least 7 years’ relevant work experience in consulting, corporate finance, private equity or similar environment
• Excellent communication skies
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Financial modelling skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver tight deadlines
