VACANCY

Purpose of the job:

• To supervise and coordinate the activities of Cashiers and Assistant Customer Care staffs in Area 3to:
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and

• Ensure accurate reconciliations and timeous processing of service applications as per the regulator set standards.

Qualifications Required:

• Diploma in Finance or Accounting or related field. Qualifications rated at NQA Level6

Preference Qualification:

• An NQA recognized Diploma in Accounting/Commerce or Finance. Qualification rated at NQALevel 7
