Position:

Qualifications and Experience:

She/ he should be an Engineering Graduate (Civil or Mechanical discipline) with a minimum of 10 years work experience in manufacturing field
Experience in Pre-stressed Concrete Sleeper manufacturing is a must. Knowledge of operating on LongLine Technology will be an advantage.
Should be able to work independently and meet targets
Should have a sound understanding of Quality Control Procedures

Age: 30 – 40 years

Location: Tsumeb, Namibia
